Election planning requires a thorough understanding of the laws, procedures, and best-practices that govern an election. This includes in-depth knowledge of the regulations that govern voter registration and voters roll administration; constituency delimitation; election date schedules; candidate guidelines; independent observer administration; vote counting; and results reporting.

Pre-Election planning provides the necessary inputs into Laxton’s integrated biometric hardware and software solutions. Planning will assist in aligning budgets and schedules; guide staff recruitment and training; direct registration centre establishment, and provide timing on the required infrastructure for Election Day.
